Brows

How do I choose between HD Dye and HD Tint?
HD Brow Dye will give you a defined, makeup-like brow, best suited if you like to fill in your brows with pencils/pomade/powders.
Choose HD Brow Tint if you want a subtle, full, natural look and like to use tinted brow gel.
When in doubt, select HD Brow Dye and we can discuss further during your consultation.

Which lasts longer, HD Dye or HD Tint?
HD Dye lasts up to 6 weeks on the hair, skin stain lasts around 7-10 days.
HD Tint lasts up to 4 weeks on the hair and does not stain the skin.

What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination smooths and sets the brow hairs into a lifted, feathered shape. It's a wonderful treatment for creating thicker, fuller, brushed up brows and ideal for unruly, downward-growing or sparse brows

How long does brow lamination last?
Results last around 6–8 weeks depending on your hair cycle.

Do I need a patch test?
You are always welcome to patch test products for any treatment. This must be done at least 24 hours before your first appointment.

Lashes

How long does a lash lift last?
Around 6–8 weeks, depending on your lash growth cycle.

Do you offer lash extensions?
No, we do not perform lash extension services.

Can I have a lash lift while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, you can - provided you wait until after the first trimester. As this treatment is applied strictly to the lash hair and does not come into contact with the skin, it is very low risk to cause any skin sensitivities. However, keep in mind your lash lift results may vary due to hormonal changes during this time.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

What services am I unable to have while pregnant or breastfeeding?

HD Brow Dye / Tint & Brow Lamination:
We do not offer these services as they require direct skin contact with chemicals. Due to hormonal shifts and increased sensitivity, there is a higher risk of adverse reactions or unpredictable results.

LED Light Therapy, Buccal Sculpt Facial-Lift, Lymphatic Drainage Massage:
We do not offer these facial treatments due to lack of long-term clinical research, the nature of deep tissue massage and detoxification effects with Buccal/Lymphatic massage.

Is there parking?
Street parking and driveway parking is available.

Do you take eftpos?
Yes, we accept visa/mastercard and PayID.

Can I bring my children?
Yes - children are welcome except for lash lift and lash tint appointments. For safety reasons, children cannot be present during any lash treatment.

Are you a woman only salon?
Yes, we only treat women at Beauty Therapeutics.

What if I arrive early?
Please remain in your car or take a seat by the front porch until your appointment time.

I am running late, will you still see me?
Please send an SMS to 0401 567 277 with your ETA. To ensure we stay on schedule for all guests, your treatment may be tailored to fit your remaining time. If you completely miss your appointment, a missed-service fee (50% of the scheduled treatment) will apply and be settled via PayID before your next appointment.

What if I missed my appointment?
In the event of a no-call/no-show missed appointment, future booking privileges will be paused until a missed-service fee (50% of the scheduled treatment) is settled. We appreciate your understanding in respecting our time.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment. To keep our booking process as seamless, we don’t currently require upfront deposits - we appreciate your help in maintaining this policy by providing plenty of notice.
